I help organizations problem solve and innovate by improving team collaboration and alignment, applying a human-centered approach to tackling challenges and helping teams prototype and validate ideas to reduce risk and cost. 

 

I believe in the collective wisdom of groups and love to guide groups through processes that bring out that wisdom, and enhance collaboration and innovation.
